Mexican cuisine differs greatly from the rest of Central America. This is a culture that is richer, older than any other on this continent. Similarly, their taste in coffee is also unique and not really the same as in other countries of the region: Mexican coffee is grown to be medium-bodied, with a delicate and mild flavor. They value balance over all else: strong coffee is as bad as light, watery coffee.
Our Mexican blend is a representation of this, being medium-bodied, with mild flavor notes of chocolate and a diminished bitterness. The beans are grown under close surveillance to achieve this balance. They are also 100% organic.
